Trust & safety
We place adult productions in private homes, so trust has to run both ways. Here's how we protect homeowners, productions and creators on every booking.
Every home is owner-approved
A home is only listed after the owner has told us directly that they allow adult production, including what they are and aren't comfortable with. If an owner has rules (rooms that are off-limits, crew limits, quiet hours), we share them before you book.
Every booking is agreed in writing
- A signed location agreement covering dates, hours, headcount, house rules and the rate.
- A certificate of insurance from the production when the owner requires one.
- A refundable security deposit to protect the home.
18+ and consent, always
Everyone on set must be at least 18 with valid government ID, and all content must be fully consensual. Productions are responsible for the performer age and consent records required by law (such as 18 U.S.C. § 2257). We do not book shoots that don't meet these standards.
Discretion
Home addresses are never published. They're shared privately once a booking is confirmed. We never sell or share homeowner or client information.
Respect for the home and neighbors
Crews are expected to keep a low profile: sensible parking, reasonable noise, and leaving the home as they found it. Issues are handled through the agreement and deposit.
