Booking a home

Are these homes really approved for adult content?

Yes. Every home we list has an owner who told us directly that they allow adult production, including any rules or off-limits areas. That's the whole point of the service: no cover stories and no getting shut down mid-shoot.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the home, the date, your crew size and how long you need. Typical LA private homes run from several hundred to a few thousand dollars a day, and many can be booked for a few hours. Send an inquiry and you'll get an exact quote, usually the same day.

Can I book by the hour?

Many homes allow short bookings for photo sets and creator content. Tell us how long you need in your inquiry.

When do I get the address?

After the booking is confirmed: agreement signed, deposit paid, and certificate of insurance sent if the owner requires one. Until then, addresses stay private to protect the homeowners.

What do you need from my production?

Your dates, headcount and type of content, plus confirmation that everyone on set is 18+ with valid ID and has given written consent, and that you keep the records the law requires. Some owners also require a certificate of insurance.

Do you only have homes in Los Angeles?

Right now our homes are across Los Angeles, the San Fernando Valley and Malibu. Need somewhere else, or a look you don't see? Ask us, because we scout new homes every week.

Listing your home

How much can I earn renting my home for adult film shoots?

Daily rates vary by property — typically several hundred to a few thousand dollars per shoot day, depending on your home's size, style, location, and amenities like a pool or a view. You tell us what you'd want and we'll tell you what's realistic.

Is renting my home for adult film production legal in California?

Generally, yes. Adult production with consenting adult performers is lawful in California, and you're renting a space, not taking part. Productions are responsible for permits and performer records. Check your own lease, HOA and insurance first. This isn't legal advice; for your situation, ask a California attorney.

What kinds of homes are in demand?

All kinds — modern, traditional, mansions, condos, lofts, even modest homes with character. Good light, privacy, parking, and amenities like a pool or a view all help. Not sure if yours fits? Send a few photos and we'll tell you.

Is it discreet? Will my neighbors know?

Discretion is the priority. Crews are small and professional and keep a low profile, and you pick the dates that work for you. Your information is never shared or sold.

How much control do I have?

Full control. You approve every booking, set your own availability, and nothing happens at your home without your explicit yes.

How and when do I get paid?

You agree on a day rate up front and you're paid per the booking terms — you keep your rate. Everything is confirmed before anyone shows up.
