Send the look, dates and headcount and Sharon will reply with matching owner-approved homes, usually the same day. That includes homes that aren't on the website yet.

Good to include

• The look: modern, mansion, pool, view, bedroom-heavy, themed room, outdoor privacy…
• Dates and how many hours
• How many people will be on site
• The type of content, so we only show homes whose owners allow it
• Area preferences (Valley, Malibu, Hollywood Hills, anywhere)

What happens next

1. Sharon sends homes that fit, with rates.
2. You pick one and confirm the owner's rules.
3. Sign the location agreement, pay the deposit, send insurance if required.
4. Get the address and shoot.
